Teacher by profession, but at heart an Author and Coach, passionate about helping people break through that sense of overwhelm and reconnect with a calmer, happier and healthier way of living.

Working alongside my friend and associate Dr. Linda Khalid, we champion a more immersive approach to wellbeing, combining that of both preventative and meditative wellness practice.
