Let me share with you a little about what I do and what I represent.

I'm Catherine. Teacher, Author and Coach, passionate about helping you to break through the overwhelm to live a happier, healthier and more fulfilling life!

Back in 2007, following my own health challenges, I had to reassess everything.
I wanted freedom, flexibility and a life that worked on my terms.

Today, alongside a GP colleague, we run a vibrant 'Virtual Wellness Hub' - supporting people who are outwardly coping, but inwardly stretched.
